a compressed air technology. Gen-start from Pnu Power is a high performance genset starting system that delivers the capability to start gensets and large compressors.

The system has been developed using Pnu Power's innovative scroll technology providing an average cranking power of 10kW(peaking at 24kW for 1-3 seconds) for up to 10 seconds - which will ramp slowly to start a generator set of up to several MW.

Energy is stored in the form of Compressed air - this along with standard industry proven component means that the system is always ready to deliver the power necessary to start up generating equipment at the time when this is needed most - so protecting the good and services in operation at the time.
